Rise and Shine Yoga

What: Stretch you body and awaken your mind practicing Hatha to prepare for your day.

Mindful Movement Dance

What: A therapeutic arts program which serves as a cultural bridge using history, movement, musicality, improvisation, technique, unity, performance, artistic identity and space for empowerment. Dancers will learn to let go of doubts while pushing themselves & enjoy the process of learning.
