Welcome to Wellness At The Wheel where we offer a wide variety of fitness and meditation practices that'll help you attain peace, flexibility and mindfulness. We have 8 amazing instructors who have years of experience teaching Hataha Yoga, Pound Fitness Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Adaptive Yoga, Mindful Movement Dance, and Zumba. Mindful Movement Dance: A therapeutic arts program which serves as a cultural bridge using history, movement, musicality, improvisation, technique, unity, performance, artistic identity and space for empowerment. Dancers will learn to let go of doubts while pushing themselves & enjoy the process of learning.
